Job Description

Responsibilities :

Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service. Keep up-to-date with special and ongoing promotions Manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand's image. Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers. Take instructions and perform tasks with full commitment assigned by superior.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM qualification. Passionate in fashion. Basic written and good communication skills (both BM and English). Well-groomed and pleasant personality. Team player, hardworking, with a positive and open mindset. Possess good selling skills. Willing to work retail shift hours. 5 days week including weekends & Public Holidays. Willing to temporary work at Bangsar Village branch to undergo on-the-job training before the new branch opening.
