Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Scheduler to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and scheduling trial classes for potential students, based on leads generated from various sources. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and organization, and who are looking to be a part of an exciting educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact leads generated from events, online registrations, walk-in inquiries, and other sources to schedule trial classes. Provide detailed information and answer inquiries from parents regarding trial classes. Efficiently manage and update call logs, noting any objections, concerns, or feedback from parents. Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth scheduling process and high-quality customer service. Maintain punctuality and reliability in managing scheduled calls and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with standard office software. Experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
