About the Role
We are hiring a Technical SEO Specialist to handle website technical issues, on-page optimization, backlink health, and Google Search Console performance.
This role is
100% technical
-- not content writing, not social media.Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
Fix indexing, crawling, sitemap, canonical, and speed issues
Implement & check Schema Markup
Improve Core Web Vitals
On-Page SEO
Optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking
Fix on-page errors
Improve page structure for ranking
Backlink Work
Audit backlink profile
Identify & disavow toxic links
Build and maintain quality backlinks through simple outreach
Google Search Console
Fix coverage errors
Submit URLs & sitemaps
Monitor indexing and search performance
Requirements
Strong experience in Technical SEO + On-page SEO
Skilled with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb
Can perform backlink audit & cleanup
Understands basic HTML/structured data
Able to work independently and deliver clear monthly results
Experience with WordPress
Basic understanding of hosting, SSL, redirects
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
Experience:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
