Warehouse Assistant Key Responsibilities:

For Inbound activity, receive, inspect and put away to appropriate storage for all incoming shipment including fresh order from supplier and goods return from customer. Ensure products are stored in accordance with required storage conditions. For Outbound activity, perform pick, check and pack activity according to Delivery Order. Special delivery instruction listed on DO shall be followed accordingly Handle Non-Conforming Goods e.g. damaged, expired and recalled. Ensure orders are fulfilled and achieved within KPI target. Perform MDA labeling, spinning and repacking are performed according to requirements. Assist in investigating incident cases reported in WMP, study root cause with the team and provide CAPA. Participate or assist in scheduled stock take including cycle count and ad hoc count. Report any incident to immediate superior e.g. stock discrepancy, stock damage, etc. Ensure continual compliance with safety guidelines, 5S, ISO & GDPMD requirements always. Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor or the warehouse.

Required Skills:

Able to read, write and converse in Bahasa Malaysia and have basic English Language skill Ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes.(Added Advantage)

Qualifications and requirements:

SPM or higher certificate holder with some warehouse operations experience Able to work on weekdays and weekends or public holiday as required No disciplinary or attitude issue while at previous workplace (if any)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM100.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
