Assist in preparing and measuring ingredients for various recipes.
Support the baking team in mixing, kneading, and shaping dough.
Monitor baking progress, ensuring adherence to precise baking times and temperatures.
Help in decorating and finishing baked products as per established guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow health and safety protocols and uphold food handling standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness.
Contribute ideas for new recipes or improvements in baking processes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is a MUST.
Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with baking equipment.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
