Proven experience as a Bakery / Pastry Chef (3 years or more) or similar role
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, method and ingredients
Ability to follow recipes / requirements from management and create new ones (if need)
Strong attention to detail, taste and presentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Team player with good communication skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
Familiar and able to handle the laminated pastry (Croissant)
