Job Description

Proven experience as a Bakery / Pastry Chef (3 years or more) or similar role In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, method and ingredients Ability to follow recipes / requirements from management and create new ones (if need) Strong attention to detail, taste and presentation Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with food safety regulations Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items Team player with good communication skills Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus Familiar and able to handle the laminated pastry (Croissant)

Pastry Chef Requirements:



Diploma or experienced in the similar role. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field. 2 or more years' experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role. Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process. Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts. Keen attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition. Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary. Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
