Monitor the quality and quantity of cake that is prepared.
Has good knowledge of cake/ pastry preparation according to recipes, method of cooking/ baking, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Highly committed and able to come-out or suggest ideas for improvement or idea for new cakes.
Managing inventory of stock, ordering and check quality of raw material.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Able to work for long hours and shift work.
