Requirements

• Experience baking + pastry in commercial kitchen or bakery.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques: bread, cake, tarts etc.
• Good with detail, presentation, creativity.
• Can work in shifts, under pressure

Responsibilities

• Make pastries, cakes, breads, desserts etc.
• Design bakery items/menu: breads, croissants, muffins etc.
• Maintain quality, presentation, taste, portion.
• Manage bakery inventory: ingredients, shelf life etc.
• Work closely with hot kitchen for dessert-service as needed.
• Clean and organise bakery area; follow hygiene & safety rules.
