Knowledge of different baking techniques: bread, cake, tarts etc.
Good with detail, presentation, creativity.
Can work in shifts, under pressure
Tanggungjawab
Make pastries, cakes, breads, desserts etc.
Design bakery items/menu: breads, croissants, muffins etc.
Maintain quality, presentation, taste, portion.
Manage bakery inventory: ingredients, shelf life etc.
Work closely with hot kitchen for dessert-service as needed.
Clean and organise bakery area; follow hygiene & safety rules.
