Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
Ensure proper preparation according to formula and scheduled standards.
Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking.
Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
Reporting low baked goods stock to superior in a timely manner.
Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter.
Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
