Requirements

• Have minimum 1 year working experience in baking and decorating cake.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma/Degree in culinary arts are welcomed to apply.
• We also welcome home bakers with experience in baking and decorating cake.
• Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations.
• Willing to work on weekend & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bake cake and prepare range of pastry product.
• Frost and decorate the cake.
• Prepare decoration item for cake (example : chocolate decoration)
• Ensure production of good quality products.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Assist and perform duties required by the Pastry Chef in daily production work.
