Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on orders and sales forecasts.
Check and record raw material stock levels daily.
Prepare purchase requests and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and reduce wastage.
Make sure all products meet company quality and hygiene standards.
Check production areas regularly for cleanliness and safety compliance.
Report any defects or deviations from recipes or product standards.
Coordinate daily tasks between bakers, decorators, and dispatch team.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and task completion.
Encourage teamwork and support a smooth work process.
Record daily production output, wastage, and stock usage.
Submit reports to management accurately and on time.
Keep all production documents complete for audit or certification use.
Identify and suggest ways to improve workflow and efficiency.
Join meetings to discuss production performance and solve challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Able to use Microsoft Excel or basic production tracking tools.
Coordinate with bakery, pastry, and dessert teams to complete production on time.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules when needed.
Inform management quickly about any production delays, shortages, or quality issues.
