The Patch- & Release Management Specialist (PRMS) is accountable for all patch management services in the Shared Service Center in NTT DATA Business Solutions.

The PMRS is the primary contact person for local DC teams for all Release Management and Patch Management topics.

The PMRS has access to a comprehensive training library (eg. provided by Cybrary) and is expected to use to increase knowledge and develop skillsets.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Administer the global Release Management System for all NDBS sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection

\xe2\x96\xa0 Administer the global Patch Management System for all NDBS sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection

\xe2\x96\xa0 Responsible to completed reporting templates for both system

\xe2\x96\xa0 Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management

\xe2\x96\xa0 Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies

\xe2\x96\xa0 Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions

\xe2\x96\xa0 To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

\xe2\x96\xa0 Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to

\xe2\x96\xa0 Min 1 years of experience IT systems - Microsoft & Network administration

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven experience in IT Support

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven experience in Release Management / End-of-Life Management

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven experience in Patch Management

\xe2\x96\xa0 Willing to work in a shift rotation. (Mandatory)

\xe2\x96\xa0 Relevant industry experience

\xe2\x96\xa0 Fluent in English, experience in international collaboration

\xe2\x96\xa0 Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor

\xe2\x96\xa0 Able to travel when/if required
