Work in close collaboration with the ecosystems / communities to prepare analyses, develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve optimal access / reimbursement for existing and launch products in both public and private sector (including brand and above brand integrated access strategies).
Optimizes reimbursement for designated products, including launch products, by providing strategic advice on market access and reimbursement environment opportunities.
Develops and implements brand and Roche portfolio reimbursement/pricing/innovative solutions/health economics strategy
Leads and develops the strategy and positioning for the submission to payers; including determining and developing (where required) the pharmaco-economic analysis, financial impact analysis, inputting into the clinical portions, and overall accountability and writing of the overarching components / arguments.
Accountable for and leads team-based Performa submissions to state and national formularies, third party payers (private insurance), and other customers as required.
Developing and produce value recognition messages, pricing models, pharmaco-economic analysis, financial impact analyses, quality-of-life research, etc.
Lead development and manage therapeutic specific health economics and health services assessments to support outcomes research and programs.
Research projects strategy and programs for new and marketed products within defined therapeutic areas.
Analyse, develop and lead reimbursement research or policy projects as required (e.g. reimbursement environment analysis on payers, funders, patient access schemes, innovative access solutions, etc).
Responsible to manage and maintain Good Pricing Governance on Roche brands and Roche Global Pricing Platform (Leopard)
Supports pricing strategy for new and in-market brands; ensuring brand value optimization for the respective ecosystem.
Execution of pricing as per Global Pricing guidance
Uphold Roche pricing integrity and confidentiality

Build, maintain and manage external key stakeholders relations including healthcare providers, policy makers, payors, etc.
Effectively collaborates with ecosystems and Partners, Global HTA/Pharmaco-economic groups, outcomes research groups in other Roche affiliates, I7 and Global, local and I7 Pricing groups to accomplish above.
Work closely with Policy Partners to build continuous public awareness on key products and therapeutic areas from the respective ecosystem.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.
Requirements:
5-8 years of work experience
Relevant pharmaceutical experience, health economics skills, as well as private payer industry experience preferred.
Experienced in engaging key stakeholders in a matrix organization
Strong influencing skills and collaborative approach
Strong analytics, communication and business presentation skills.
Education/ Qualification:
University Degree (in sciences, political science, health economics, business public health) or similar.
