Job Description

:-

Greet and assist patients at the front desk. Schedule appointments for aesthetic procedures. Answer and direct phone calls. Explain clinic products and services to support sales. Handle patient registration and appointment bookings. Dispense medications and manage payment collection. Help with administrative tasks and monthly stock checks. Record billings, invoices, and manage daily cash. Use basic computer tools like Microsoft Excel for data entry. Keep the front desk clean and organized. Support the Clinic Manager with daily operations.
