Patient Experience Partner

ROLE SUMMARY

The Patient Experience Partner role is an external facing role (
70%) engaging directly with HCPs and payors who are closest to insights and how we can map the patient journey across Pfizer\xe2\x80\x99s therapeutic areas engaging with HCPs and Patients (indirectly). The role aims to work with HCPs to facilitate and co-create educational and awareness materials or support tools and services for patients.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Insights and Patient Journey

• Provide detailed insights on the patient experience to facilitate business decisions and alignment
• Facilitate the lived experience patient journey in key therapeutic areas for Pfizer
• Feed insights and journey into the brand strategies including access and other launch planning where required
• Identify areas of unmet need and inequity where Pfizer could assist
• Identify areas of improvement for timely and accurate diagnosis
• Identify areas to assist patients with the navigation of the system

Patient education

• Providing hands on patient education - Quality Use of Medicines
• Facilitating authentic co-creation of education materials for patients, perform GCMA process and ensure dissemination of GCMA approved materials
• Facilitate digital ad boards with patients
• Role informs patient educational material
• Facilitate Usability testing for patients \xe2\x80\x93 websites/apps

Patient champion

• Act as internal advocate for patients - patient centricity and participation in Patient Ambassadors Network
• Advocate IM & RD Patient Program, work closely with Internal and External stakeholders to achieve KPI/Patient Impact
• Share insights and bridge to the HCP community

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and partnerships with external stakeholders and with cross functional colleagues in a complex matrix structure.
• Experience in managing multi-dimensional and long-term relationships with patient, community and provider organizations required.
• Must have a superior ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to accomplish company goals in a matrix environment.
• Strong project management skillset is preferred
• Must be comfortable with change and dealing with ambiguity
• Include demonstrated ability to act with integrity in a business environment as reflected in GCMA, MAPP and YRR training
