Overview

Positively contribute to accelerating time to patient access. This is a dedicated team to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of patients in SGMY by collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need medicines have access to them.

What will you do:

Develop and implement comprehensive patient assistance/ support programs aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s therapeutic areas and patient needs, when required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with overall business objectives.

Provide overall strategic direction for patient program(s) in support of patient access strategy in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Require to effectively manage patient program(s) by liaising with 3rd party patient program vendors and healthcare providers.

Carry out administrative duties in accordance with patient program standards, process workflow and timelines which will be both office-based and field including liaising and coordinating with other internal and external stakeholders for support.

Established relationships and represent company in meetings with 3rd party patient program vendors and healthcare providers.

Review periodic monitoring and control reports with patient numbers and tracking on invoices from 3rd party patient program vendors.

Lead in periodic enhancements, reviews and reconciliation of patient program(s).

Attend and complete internal Pharmacovigilance and Patient Program trainings.

Provide overall guidance and supervise patient program executive(s) to assist with the operation management of patient program(s).

Deliver any other duties as assigned by Manager.

What should you have:

Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing patient program(s) with 3rd party patient program vendors and healthcare providers.

Business, Science or Healthcare related Degree with good interpersonal and communication skills, listening skills and demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.

Self-motivated, proactive and highly committed to support and deliver results.

High sense of ownership and accountability for achievement.

Organized and self-disciplined, with high level of integrity and morals.

Good networking and influencing skills. Excellent analytical skills.

Understanding of oncology or rare diseases patient programs is an added advantage.
