Job Description
: Execute end-to-end payment process for online and offline method for local/Overseas KOL partners Communicate effectively, collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including SEA finance, Graphic Design and Key Account Management Regularly monitor Tax Invoice collection performance to meet target collection rates Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets Provide clear answers and queries each partner may have along with affiliate Key Account Managers Prepare pay-out reports for local tax filing on a routine basis Requirements: At least 2-3 years working experience in marketing communications, or related roles Experienced with detailed operational work customer service related experience would be a plus Strong project management, interpersonal, communication skills and Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Good problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude
