Job Description


Perform payment processing activities by compiling, validating and running payments to staff and vendors. Ensure all payment processing are performed in the timely and accurately. Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture.

  • Create analytical reports and/or accounting schedules, scrutinize for anomalies, and devise investigation and corrective strategies.
  • Oversee data quality monitoring and assurance for transactional data, conducting peer reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Address queries to resolve transaction handling issues promptly, explaining procedures and control requirements in accordance with SOPs for timely task completion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the P2P payment process.
  • Review monthly reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Support both internal and external audits and contribute to process enhancement.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide assistance in enhancement projects, actively engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify recurring issues or risks, propose improvement opportunities, and support project implementation.
  • Execute more complex daily payment processing tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain close communication with relevant parties (e.g., Invoicing team) to rectify errors detected during quality checks on posted documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Shared Service Center (SSC) for monthly closing activities.
  • Provide support to team members to ensure stakeholders receive high-quality service.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and enhance internal controls, thereby improving the quality of customer service.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, or Account
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent team player
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and office productivity tools like MS Office and SAP is required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (MUST HAVE)
