Kelayakan
- Diploma/degree or professional qualification in any field;
- Minimum of 2-3 years experiences in a structured working environment
- Candidate with accounting / finance background will be added advantage
- Computer literate, good in Microsoft Excel
- Independent, multi-tasking and able to work with minimum supervision.
- To review and monitor merchant\'s transactions and identify the suspicious transactions if any.
- Give recommendation to suspend or terminate merchant account.
- Handling and processing of Bank Reconciliation, Merchant Settlement, Refund and Payment.
- To liaise with Bank / Partners for related matters.
- Reconciliation of payment / settlement amount between acquirer and merchants.
- Give instruction to Operations to withhold or deduct payment if necessary.
- To work in close conjunction with the RM, Finance and other related departments.
- To prepare periodical reporting as assigned from time to time.
- Review, investigate and take corrective actions against suspicious transactions.
