For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don\xe2\x80\x99t miss our Operator Movie!Position overviewallnex is looking for a Payments Specialist to join our team at our GBS office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will have the opportunity to prepare and process different types of payments in the ERP systems, reconcile payment entries, and resolve payment-related issues.If you have experience in Accounting and Finance and are confident in your Chinese language skills, view the job description and apply now!Responsibilities
-Prepare payment proposals in ERP systems.
-Execute payment runs in ERP systems, including bank drafts, wire payments, duties, etc.
-Manually input payments in banking platforms.
-Prepare supporting documentation for various payment types, both local and international.
-Process and follow up on manual payment requests.
-Clear payment entries in ERP systems.
-Ensure timely processing of payments in banking systems.
-Resolve errors and issues related to payments.
-Prepare daily and weekly cash flow forecasts for Group Treasury.
-Accurately file payment documentation and prepare selected documents upon the manager\'s or auditor\'s request.
-Keep work instructions up to date.
-Support Treasury and GBS projects, such as system changes and implementations.Required skills and experience
-Minimum of 6 months of experience in Accounting and Finance is required, with experience as a Payments Specialist being a plus
-Fluent in English and Mandarin to support our operations in Greater China
-Excellent internal and external communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office and ERP SystemsQualifications
-Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalentWe offer
