Job Description

PW SEA is looking for a Payment Systems Operations Support (PS Ops) for our operations team in Malaysia. As a Payment Systems Operations Support, the primary function is to provide support for any payment system-related inquiries and validation of end-user transactions by coordinating with the relevant teams of PW SEA. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, communicating information and processing requests to and from our internal departments to manage their accounts and revenue effectively.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the key point of contact between our company and its diverse payment partners. Work closely with the finance team to meticulously investigate and resolve settlement issues among our payment partners, ensuring that the payment infrastructure operates efficiently and that funds are moving as intended. Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to finance, accounting, and accounts payable teams, to address payment inquiries, remedy payment-related issues, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth and accurate functioning of payment operations. Collaborate with the technical team in standardizing payment formats and streamlining payment processes to boost efficiency, minimize errors, and fortify control mechanisms. Provide assistance in the implementation of the payment factory to guarantee its successful deployment and integration with existing systems and processes. Diligently monitor and analyze payment trends, transaction volumes, and payment processing metrics to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings in partnership with the revenue team. Devise and uphold processes that facilitate the company's scalable operation, encompassing the development and maintenance of payment guidelines, procedures, and documentation. Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices within the Fintech industry

Skills & Competencies Required:



Bachelor's Degree program in any field, preferably from a business, commerce, finance, or related discipline; At least 2 years of experience in an online payment systems environment is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate payment issues, analyze transaction data, and support process improvements Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and other foreign languages is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Capacity and willingness to work full-time in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur
