We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for proactive and confident self-starters to join our Malaysia team, who enjoy a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and who work hard to ensure we offer the best service for our customers.

Responsibilities:
-Working with a client portfolio of SMEs and fast-growing startups

-Preparing monthly payroll calculations and MPF administration for clients

-Using cloud HR software to manage clients\xe2\x80\x99 HR and staff records

-Preparation of monthly financial reconciliations and reports.

-Handle revenue, expenses, and bank account reconciliation.

-Using Xero and/or MYOB accounting software to update clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounting records and produce financial statements.
Requirements

-Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and payroll experience

-Knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll and familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations

-Knowledge of cloud HR/Payroll softwares

-Experience with using Xero and/or MYOB Accounting Software

-Proficient in using Excel for financial statement preparation

-Entrepreneurial with ability to resolve issues successfully

-Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interactions with people

-Experience in the recruitment industry will be an advantage

-Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
