  • Provide information and answer to employee queries about payroll related matters.
  • Manage the electronic timekeeping systems or manually collect and review timesheets.
  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Issue pay slips and manage direct deposits.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department.
  • Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Payroll: 3 years (Required)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
