EXECUTIVE PAYROLL & BILLING

Responsible for end-to-end processing of weekly/monthly payroll includes statutory and billing with an emphasis on accuracy and timelines.

Ensure all documents pertaining Verification of timesheet, overtime, allowances and deduction together with supporting documents and approval prior to payroll computation.

Accountable for payslip generation and distribution to associates.

Perform reconciliation for payroll and billing.

On-time invoice submission to client within 2 working days from pay-out date.

Participate in pay&bill system enhancement / implementation.

Update and maintain all trackers related to payroll and billing (Invoice Tracker/CNDN Tracker/etc.) on daily basis.

Proper filing and save keeping of records for payroll and billing.

Liaise and follow-up with respective department to ensure all information and documents pertaining to payroll and billing are submitted on time.

Respond to queries and requests related to payroll and billing from internal staff/associates and clients.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Any other adhoc task as and when required.

Requirements: -

At least 1-2 years of payroll / billing experiences

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Admin / Finance / Accountancy / Mathematics or equivalent

Knowledge of payroll software

Proficient in Microsoft excel skills

Demonstrate good working attitude, fast learner, attentive to details and able to meet timeline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
