Generate monthly payslips and coordinate smooth distribution with the Operations Department.
Investigate and resolve any payroll or timesheet discrepancies.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare billing summaries and liaise with clients for confirmation.
Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure payroll is processed in line with internal procedures and labor laws.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company payroll policies.
Collaboration & Support
Liaise with various internal departments for smooth operations.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
Professional Certificate/Diploma
in HR Management or a related field.
2-3 years of experience
in payroll or administrative roles.
