Reporting to the Manager this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our corporate services and its\' growth.Key responsibilities:Operations/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assist project lead for new payroll implementation
  • Assist project lead to gather requirements, analyze client\'s needs and recommend additional solution, according to payroll system\'s configuration and features to support client\'s business needs.
  • Assist and coordinate new client payroll set-up, data migration, parallel testing
  • Assist project lead in managing multiple client projects at one time and also required to participate in internal payroll projects as needed.
  • Responsible for administering and monitoring payroll processing schedule for associates
  • Monitor and coordinates the end to end payroll process of associate
  • Ensures proper training and cross training for associates
  • Provide recommendation for updates/changes to the payroll system
  • Responsible for overall timely delivery, quality and completeness of payroll to clients
  • Monitor workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Verify reconciliation and payroll reports prior to transmission to client
  • Guide and ensure proper payroll statutory compliance applied on compensation paid through payroll
  • Coordinate and monitor accurate and timely year-end reporting
  • Coordinate and manage money movement services as required by client - payment of net salary, statutory deduction and payment to third parties
P&L Responsibilities:
  • Providing effective leadership, supervision and guidance to staff.
  • Guiding, training and developing staff in attaining professional competence
  • Effective utilization of staff resources
People Management:
  • Effective reporting and consultation with Senior Manager.
  • Coordination & Communication with Other Division.
Clients Relationship:
  • Achieving Set Budgets within the group
  • Business Development - assisting the manager/director in identifying added work scope
  • and possible increase in fees for existing clients.
  • Managing Client Relationships - maintaining good rapport with clients.
  • Ability to achieve Client Satisfaction & Retention
  • Assisting in Cross Sell Other Tricor Services
  • Actively seeks clients\' feedback on job performance and communicating feedback to staff and superior
Key requirements:
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge in payroll
  • Pleasant personality
  • Must possess management,good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under preasure.
  • Punctuality
  • Time management skills and good judgement in prioritizing deliverables.
