A leading multinational corporation. With a 30 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Payroll Specialist talents.Responsibilities:
  • Managing payroll processing for candidates is part of our duties for key account.
  • Around 200 and above timesheets or records are processed monthly.
  • Ensure bills are promptly issued to key accounts and other clients, supported by necessary documents.
  • Daily billing is ensured for permanent placements.
  • Investigate and process all adjustments on the same day they are identified.
  • Maintain payroll and billing accuracy levels above 98%.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of pay and billed hours, ensuring all discrepancies are properly handled.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries regarding payroll.
  • Promptly address any billing mistakes by raising adjustments and rectifying them in invoices.
Requirement:
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll and staff management.
  • End to end payroll experience will be advantageous..
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office
