Key Responsibilities:Responsible for end to end payroll processing for Indonesia
Administer on resignation process and employee movement related letter preparation
Follow up/ Send email reminder to upline on probationary status employment confirmation
Entering, correcting, verifying and/or transmitting payroll and time and attendance information to/from multiple systems/inputs to ensure timely information update and salary pay out to employees on time
Resolve broad and variety of payroll issues with employees, provide solutions/advices where applicable and provide support for payroll reporting needs.
Liaise with Finance and other Departments on monthly payroll reports and matters.
Maintenance of payroll records in accordance with company policy, state, federal laws and regulations
Process payment for all statutory Indonesia\'s government bodies requirements
Understanding all statutory Indonesia \'s government bodies requirements such
Maintain timely update of employee movement in statutory bodies platform .
Monitor and upkeep of employee personal file/records to ensure all information are documented properly.
Responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries, as necessary
Prepare relevant employee or payroll reports and other HR related which assigned from time to time
Coordinate with the payroll vendor to implement system enhancement related activities
Responsible for Leave Management:
To ensure employees\xe2\x80\x99 manager is updated in leave system from time to time
To ensure the leave record and leave entitlement updated for new hires/ resigned employees from time to time.
Work cooperatively with Finance department to process and coordinate all employee leaves and absences, including unutilized leave reports
Process and determine the leave eligibility for various leave type including marriage leave, examination leave, paternity leave and etc according to established guidelines/ policy
Provide advice to employees and supervisors concerning leave benefits and provide employees with accurate information on deductions from pay relating to absences, medical certification requirements and etc.
Responsible for Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs such as group medical insurance, MYFlex enrollment, Staff Entitlement, Staff Purchase.
Process employee benefit enrollment and change forms within required time limits to meet stipulated timeline.
Compile data, quotations for the yearly insurance renewal.
Administer employee and their dependents insurances and medical benefits.
Prepare and assist to submission of medical claim and follow up closely on reimbursement.
Provide solutions to employee benefit inquiries via ServiceNow ticketing system and ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution within service level agreement
Coordinate with insurance service provider on preparation of payment requests for insurance, MYFlex and liaise with Finance on the payment cycle.
Administer on the Long Service Award on yearly basis such as pin/ dangle and certification order.
Administer PO/ PR and raise invoice in Inspyrus for HR related payment
