Payroll Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Clerk to assist in preparing and processing employees' payroll accurately and on time. The candidate will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure all payroll-related matters comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field. At least 1 year of working experience in payroll or HR administration. Familiar with payroll systems and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees. Ensure accuracy of attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system. Assist in responding to employees' payroll-related queries. Support HR and Finance with any other administrative tasks when required.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
