Perform full spectrum of payroll function for month-end payroll for about 80 headcounts.
Responsible for processing the last salary for resignation and termination.
Responsible for monthly submissions to statutory bodies and correspondence with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Zakat, Tabung Haji & SPC
Submit payroll report to HR Manager for verification and approval
Submit monthly payroll reports to finance and improve payroll posting process to accounting.
The custodian of the HR payroll system and ensure data accuracy in the system.
Ensure accuracy in hiring documents of new joiners (permanent and contract), including offer of employment.
Assist in yearly performance management process - bonus, increment and promotion exercise.
Administration of staff resignation, records updating and attending requests pertaining to personal records and Compensation and Staff benefits (i.e. leave, allowances, overtime).
Assist in HR analytics by providing data from the payroll system.
Attend to internal and external audit requirements.
Good documentation filling and record from time to time.
Perform any other tasks that might be assigned from time to time from the management.
Your Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of payroll position with experience in using UBS payroll software
Good knowledge of the Employment Act, tax regulations and statutory contributions.
Detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the payroll data and results.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel.
