The successful candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
Good understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations, statutory requirements (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN), and labor laws.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and statutory bodies.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll accurately and timely.
Track attendance, calculate overtime, and process staff claims.
Maintain and update accurate payroll and employee records in the system.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN etc.)
Prepare and submit statutory reports and contributions accurately and within deadlines.
Review and follow up on monthly attendance submissions.
Coordinate with Area Managers to verify staff movements (Transfer, Increment, Confirmation and other employment status updates).
Organize and maintain payroll-related documents such as attendance records, leave forms and employment files.
