Payroll Executive

: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000

: Fresh Graduate / Junior Executive (1-2 years' experience)

Special Requirement: Candidates able to start immediately will have an advantage. This is a

3-month contract

position with the possibility of being offered a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be an essential part of our payroll team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing during this contract period. Your key responsibilities will include:

Processing end-to-end monthly payroll. Calculating salaries and overtime accurately. Handling statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN) and ensuring timely submissions. Preparing and submitting bank files for salary disbursements. Maintaining and updating employee payroll records in our system. Addressing and resolving payroll-related queries from employees. Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and year-end tax documentation (EA Forms). Ensuring strict compliance with the latest Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.

Who We Are Looking For

Fresh Graduates: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Junior Executives: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance. Your practical experience will be highly valued, and you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.

Skills & Competencies

:

Meticulous Attention to Detail: A passion for accuracy and getting the numbers right every time. Numerically Inclined: Comfortable working with numbers and data. Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a strong advantage. Strong Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good Communication Skills: Possess good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia skills. A Fast Learner: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
