Assist in end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
Prepare and submit statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN), and HRDF in compliance with local regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HR system.
Generate payslips and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies or issues.
Support annual activities such as EA form preparation and payroll audits.
Assist in HR administrative tasks related to employee benefits, leave management, and onboarding.
Liaise with finance and other departments for payroll-related matters.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in handling employee information.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in payroll is an advantage.
Familiarity with Malaysian payroll statutory requirements.
Experience using payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
