Job description
About the rolePentamaster Corporation Berhad is seeking a talented Payroll Executive to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our valued employees.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full payroll process including calculating salaries, allowances, deductions, and tax payments
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll and employment legislation
Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation to the relevant authorities
Assist with payroll-related queries and provide excellent customer service to employees
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws and compliance requirements
Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
