With offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, and more than 180 digital experts, Lion & Lion has a prestigious and growing portfolio of clients including The Coca-Cola Company, Google, LOr\xc3\xa9al, Dairy Farm, Nestl\xc3\xa9, and more.Your roleBe part of the People & Culture regional team who are responsible for HR Policy & Administration from end to end, which includes compensation & benefits, employee group insurance policy, issuance of official letters, leaves & absence, employees visa, and employee offboarding

• Manage compensation & benefits from end to end for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
• Maintain and monitor compensation & benefits guidelines by updating relevant policies and procedures
• Prepare required scheduled HR reports
• Enforcing and advising on all HR compliance to Federal, State and local legal requirements
• Maintain companys HRIS as one of the main administrators
• Manage non-local employees visa
• Take part in other activities and initiatives organised by the People & Culture team

• Degree in HR/Business Administration
• Fluent English is a must
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits - specifically on processing payroll
• Experience in HR Information System & Payroll Software is a must
• Proficiency in Employment Act (especially for Malaysia & Singapore)
• Proficiency in statutory requirements in Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia (such as LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, ZAKAT)
