This is a placement for a client of Straat-X ICT Sdn Bhd, who is looking for

Payroll Executive

. The

Payroll Executive

will play a key role in supporting the Payroll Manager with the accurate and timely processing of multiple payrolls across several business divisions and entities.

This position involves managing payroll data, validating employee information, and ensuring compliance with Australian workplace regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive payroll data.

Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, MYT



Salary range:

RM 2500 - RM 3500



Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparing and processing

fortnightly payrolls

across multiple entities (8-9 pay runs, covering approximately 500-600 employees). Enter and verify employee data, timesheets, leave, and allowance information in the

Roubler payroll system

. Support payroll-related administration including

leave management, timesheet collection, expense reimbursements

, and

superannuation reporting

. Ensure compliance with

Fair Work legislation

, relevant

awards

, and

Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)

, escalating issues where required. Conduct

payroll reconciliations

and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with department managers to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee queries. Provide

end-to-end payroll coverage

during periods of staff leave. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

Key Requirements



Demonstrated experience in

payroll processing

(multi-entity experience is compulsory). Understanding of

Australian awards, EBAs, and Fair Work requirements

(is an advantage). Experience using

Roubler

or the ability to learn new payroll systems quickly (is an advantage). Strong

Excel

and

data reconciliation

skills; proficiency in IT systems. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Excellent English

communication

and

interpersonal

skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments (is an advantage). Highly organized, capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
