PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. PAYROLL MANAGEMENT : To prepare monthly payroll details and pay slips for individual staff. To deal with EPF, SOCSO and PCB registration for clients and staff. To prepare monthly online contributions to EPF, SOCSO and IRB. To deal with queries from clients or respective statutory bodies in respect of payroll management. Responsible for the office\xe2\x80\x99s petty cash. 2. GENERAL: To attend to visitors and phone calls in the office. To ensure that the front office environment is at all times kept presentable. To take charge of the pantry. To take charge of stationary supplies and stocks. To deal with all filing matters. To assist with assignments or tasks assigned by directors. TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: Familiar with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
