Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and salary disbursement.

-Ensure payroll is calculated in accordance with JTK guidelines, Employment Act 1955, and company policies.

-Verify timesheets/punch cards, and attendance records for accurate calculation of wages, allowances, overtime, and deductions.

-Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) accurately and within stipulated deadlines.

-Prepare and maintain payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.

-Manage employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory contributions promptly and professionally.

-Support HR in audits, salary reviews, and annual reporting processes.

-Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.

-Liaise with government bodies such as JTK, EPF, LHDN, and SOCSO when required.

-Assist in updating and maintaining employee records in the HR/payroll system.

-Any Ad-hoc task assign by the management from day to day.

-Able to communicate effectively with top management.

-Capable of identifying and troubleshooting issues related to payroll matters promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field.

-Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in payroll administration or HR operations.

-Strong knowledge of JTK salary structure and calculation methods.

-Familiar with Malaysian statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, Info-Tech, or similar).

-Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

-Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
