  • Ensure monthly payroll is administered in accordance and in compliance with the local legislation and Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
  • Draft email announcements, and prepare employee letters such as promotion, confirmation, performance notices, warning letters, resignation acceptance etc. Maintain and update employment records.
  • Administer full spectrum of payroll administration.
  • Process and manage payroll at a timely manner.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports.
  • Responsible for income tax submission and IR8A preparation.
  • Compilation of Annual Increment and bonus payout.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, relevant statutory contribution, ie. EPF, SOCSO and Tabung Haji etc.
Requirement
  • Possess at least Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in payroll.
  • Must be able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
