Ensure monthly payroll is administered in accordance and in compliance with the local legislation and Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Draft email announcements, and prepare employee letters such as promotion, confirmation, performance notices, warning letters, resignation acceptance etc. Maintain and update employment records.
Administer full spectrum of payroll administration.
Process and manage payroll at a timely manner.
Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports.
Responsible for income tax submission and IR8A preparation.
Compilation of Annual Increment and bonus payout.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, relevant statutory contribution, ie. EPF, SOCSO and Tabung Haji etc.
Requirement
Possess at least Diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in payroll.
Must be able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
