Job role

Lead the payroll team in the Outsourcing department Onboarding new clients Review reports prepared by Associates Process statutory and salary payments via online banking Act as a key point of contact in client relationships to enhance client experience Meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail Keep up to date on relevant legislations Train Associates and provide guidance and assistance where required Assist with the preparation of payroll proposals Assist management in identifying issues and implementing potential improvements within the payroll function

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant working experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Vibrant personality and ability to manage and meet strict deadlines Knowledge of accounting software (XERO) is an added advantage Excellent organisational and time management skills Pro-active and hard-working Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to adapt, identify and provide solutions for internal processing Eager to develop management and leadership skills for a successful career
