Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Maylaysia
About the opportunity
Our Payroll Solution Advisors are in a customer-facing role that drives new client acquisition and growth in our existing client base in Asia. Using their Payroll expertise, this Solution Advisor will partner with our sales organisation and provide presales support throughout the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, solution design, and delivering of engaging presentations and payroll software demonstrations to help our customers to understand the value of our solutions.
What you\'ll get to do
  • Facilitate customer discovery sessions to understand Payroll business requirements
  • Prepare for customer interactions including software configuration
  • Lead and participate in customer meetings and presentations including delivering memorable software demonstrations to prove the business value of our solutions
  • Ensure a high standard of demonstration environment configuration
  • Assist in responding to functional requirement documents including RFx documents
  • Contribute to the RFP knowledge base
  • Share feedback and best practices to improve the sales team\xe2\x80\x99s effectiveness
  • Maintain technical and professional skills to ensure proficiency in product offerings, in depth knowledge of competition and awareness of legislative/industry developments and trends in the marketplace
  • Leverage technical and professional skills to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Capture all relevant information in SFDC CRM system
  • Follows all defined processes and timelines (e.g. deal review process, demo plans, expenses, etc.)

Skills and Experience we value
  • Experience working with Payroll software in Asia
  • Knowledge of payroll processing requirements across multiple countries in Asia
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication (oral & written), problem solving and organisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, builds trust and rapport
  • Business acumen, high energy and integrity, sense of urgency, work ethic and drive for results are required
What would make you really stand out
  • Experience in presales or solution consulting roles
  • Business-level proficiency in a language other English
  • University/College Degree/Diploma or equivalent related industry qualifications
