Responsible for payroll administration for the Company employee.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits and training & development.
Maintaining employee records and update personal details
Maintain administration record (medical, leave application, disciplinary issue. etc)
Plan and manage Employee Relations programmes and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management.
Handle employee misconduct issues such as to conduct counselling, issue show cause, warning, suspension, termination, and other related to IR letter.
Plan in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
Keep tracking employee training and development progress.
Job requirements
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related fields
Minimum 4 years working experience
Compulsory requirement - knowledge in payroll system
Advantages if candidate are from manufacturing background
Advantages if candidate have experience in handling expatriate (ESD) & foreign workers matters
Team player and constant update team members on work related matters
Good communication skills, positive & pro-active toward work
Possess own transport
Willing to work in I-City .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
