Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end payroll processing for about 600 headcount accurately and timely. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all payroll data is complete and correct. Process statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD, PCB and ensure timely submission. Handle payroll variations such as overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, new joiners, resignations, and other adjustments. Prepare monthly payroll reports, bank files, statutory forms, and year-end reporting requirements. Ensure payroll compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, statutory regulations, and internal policies. Manage employee queries related to payroll and provide clear, professional support. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support audits, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information at all times.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in medium to large organisations. Mandatory experience using HR2000 payroll system. Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory deductions. High attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and a professional working attitude. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
