Job Summary
Responsible for the administration in the Payroll and Time & Attendance system in a global environment. Supporting end-to-end Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and contributing to the employee experience for these processes. This includes updating system settings to reflect system updates, creating reports and data dashboards and maintaining training materials for employees. Collaboration with payroll and time specialists and the HRIS team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees and maintains the (global) system settings for payroll and time system and updates (global) settings and information. Manages the system changes in payroll & time system and informs country payroll specialists accordingly. Maintains the access portal for employees to access payroll and time information. Updates the (global) settings for the time & attendance and payroll system. Creates reports and data dashboards for insights about workforce analytics. Manages access to data dashboards with workforce insights for leadership and HR. Updates the internal information website reflecting information about the payroll and time system and policies with the focus on a good employee experience. Creates knowledge articles and communication materials to navigate employees. Supports Time & Attendance process by validating data and assisting managers and team members Collaborates with IT for system access process and employee inquiries about system access. Collaborates with local/regional payroll and time specialists. Responds to questions from employees regarding system access or communication materials. Ensure adherence to Processes, Finance and Compliance policies and internal controls Close collaboration with external Payroll Processor, Human Resources, Benefits, Finance and IT Teams Supports payroll and time project with testing, data validation and other assigned tasks
Expected Areas of Competence
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with HR Information Systems and global HRIS processes Strong knowledge of HR information systems and related activities \xe2\x80\x93 preferably in Time & Attendance and Payroll systems Work experience with ADP Enterprise eTime and/or Kronos Workforce Ready Time Keeping is preferred Work experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and/or ADP myView is preferred Proven ability to develop reports and dashboards, and to interpret data using statistical analysis Strong analytical skills Initiative, self-starter and process-driven with high level of attention to details. Compelling communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal and collaboration skills Fluent in English required Integer personality with strong work ethics and full appreciation of data privacy and handling confidential information and data Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word, Powerpoint.
Education/Experience Requirements
B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll/HR function
