The Position
Position summary
The Payroll, Time and Benefits team focuses on payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness and audit risk free. The incumbent should be familiar with statutory regulations, income tax, and any relevant implications resulting from international employee transfers, severance schemes and new payroll policies.
Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting, general ledger and reports, etc. Other responsibilities include monitoring the processing checklist and calendars, maintaining precise documentation, providing data / report for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls
Check to ensure that calculation of basic salaries, overtime & allowances are computed correctly and in compliance with the statutory requirements.
To prepare monthly payroll report, analysis and ensure the signatories / approvals are obtained as required for related payroll documents for audit purpose
Ensure that all online salary transactions are uploaded and approved by the designated authorized signatories on a timely basis
Keep abreast of all changes / updates in relevant Acts and ensure that system is enhanced to cater to the related changes
Ensure timely submission of expatriate statutory payments
Ensure proper and accurate payroll reports to Finance
Proper and accurate filing of annual tax reports to IRD on a timely basis
Liaise with internal, external and government bodies on payroll audit matters
Attend to queries by employees on payroll related issues
Administer employee insurance and benefit
With the support of senior colleagues, advise HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, and support the embedding of the new ways of working.
Display high integrity on the job and comply with the Roche guidelines, including data privacy rules and regulations.
Ensure end to end ownership of resolution
Ensure operations according to defined KPIs and SLAs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build relationships with HR colleagues within the HR Support Solutions organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.
Collaborate with peers within region and globally to ensure the HR Support Solutions network provides consistent and effective services to our customers.
Achieve our HR Support Solutions vision by driving global consistency through collaboration.

Further requirements
We are seeking an individual with minimum 3 years of related experience in Payroll, Compensation and Benefit.
You bring the following qualifications:
HR Knowledge
Possess minimum diploma or degree in relevant background
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential
Can understand Thai language is a plus (written and spoken)
Awareness of data privacy rules
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with EE front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
Attentive to detail and works with precision
Knowledge of Workday HR Processes is preferred
