That\'s what makes us Roche. In this role, you will be reporting to the Payroll Time and Benefits Team Lead, to support Pakistan and other assigned countries. The Opportunity: Execute system maintenance for P&C processes including payroll, tax, benefits administration, etc. Provide customer service for pay, time, and benefits inquiries and issue resolution. Ensure proper handling of union negotiations related to payroll, tax, and benefits. Correspond with managers to confirm accuracy of time and absence entries. Manage and reconcile mass upload files for all pay frequencies. Monitor data flows to/from Workday to ensure accuracy and resolve integration errors. Develop key stakeholder relationships and communications for proactive support. Collaborate with P&C colleagues globally to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve customer satisfaction. Who you are 1-3 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, in a shared service center environment preferably with advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.) Knowledge of payroll cycle and processes with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability Proven track record of being able to deliver in a matrix organization and a bility to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment working across borders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities. English strong communication skills both written and spoken are essential (other language requirement based on region i.e German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese) Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
