This role requires extensive sourcing experience and a solid understanding of PCBA commodity management
This role is responsible for commodity sourcing strategy, managing supplier relationships, driving supplier development activities, ensuring material continuity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive goals and drive continuous improvements.

Formulate a commodity sourcing strategy to ensure suppliers meet both current and future technical and business requirements.
Take charge of managing the supplier base, leading and propelling all supplier development activities forward, and conducting performance reviews (SBR).
Upload supplier relationships to ensure the continuity of material supply.
Collaborate with functional teams to enhance supply base performance, targeting cost reductions, lead time improvements, VMI rates, and favourable payment terms.
Establish ambitious objectives and guide teams towards achieving successful outcomes.

Bachelor Degree in any technical or engineering field.
Min 5 years of experience in PCBA commodity management/supply chain management
Good understanding of contract manufacturer management
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in fibre optics industry, including a deep understanding of its cost structure.
Excellent English communication skills
