• Production Control/Work Preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with Production Scheduler to meet the customer requirement (Order availability / Start order / Order tracking / Communication to internal customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Transferring & maintaining production data from PDM Interface to SAP (BOMs), Manage bill of materials (BOMs), identify allowable alternate parts, and manage substitutions and other change implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze & implementation of the Change Request released to production effectiveness (Part Change Index or Revision) \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating & Maintaining routings for PCBA Production in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating & Maintain PCBA Guideline Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide the information to generate machine programming at AOI, X-ray & Depaneling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create & Maintaining the PCBA production layout & optimization (LEAN) \xe2\x80\xa2 New Production Introduction & Implements and testifies special processes for manufacturing Machine scheduling / Clustering \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan orders on SMD-Line (detailed planning) \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with Siplace Pro to generate machine programs for SMD-Line \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimize machine programs and line configuration (e.g. nozzles) \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine the material set-up for SMD-Line Detailed work planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan orders for Manual Assembly and Repair Station \xe2\x80\xa2 Track daily workload / utilization for operators and workers \xe2\x80\xa2 Handles any abnormalities during the process \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with Quality & Environmental Requirement (ISO9001:2015, EMS14001:2015)

Your qualifications

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor of Science or higher in mechanical engineering or similar field of study or equivalent experience preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 5 years of experience (Specialized in mechanical machines, SMT machines) \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise on SMT process and Knowledge of SMT programing, solder past printing, SPI, reflow, AOI, ICT inspection and depanelization and automated router assembly process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work efficiently and productively both independently and in team settings \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate talent for conceiving efficient design solutions to complex engineering challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to set up and optimize SMT process parameters \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Knowledge on wave soldering is also required \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional leadership ability to drive cross functional collaboration projects to completion on or ahead of schedule.
