Your tasks

• Responsible for testing fixture and adapter preparation
• Perform self-test and calibration for testing based on the schedule
• Testing the PCBA/module on the board testing, PVS, and UCS
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of torque driver and soldering equipment
• Perform Run-In of module
• Performing optical inspection during assembly activity by following work instruction
• Creating POP structure
• Ensure testing equipment is established on the equipment database
• Raise quality notifications for defective material or device
• Perform trimming component as stated on PB (product description)
• Identify the root cause of failure during testing activity
• Perform 1st-level troubleshooting on failure DUT
• Liaise with the team leader, sustaining, engineering, and R&D for improvement activity

Your qualifications

• Ability to testing PCBA/module and able to identify the root cause of failure which are due to DUT or others
• Ability to read work instruction
• Familiar with assembly tools such as torque driver, screwdriver, and soldering tools
• Familiar with a testing instruments such as Multimeter, Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, and Spectrum Analyzer.
• Able to perform soldering and unsoldering SMT component
• Good knowledge in using SAP, ERP/MRP system
